Stress at work can take many forms. I am very fortunate in having a great deal of control over my work. Having said that, I have debts from having been very ill for nearly two decades. Sometimes the stress of having to plan work so that this will get paid off somewhere near the planned time is a bit much. So I store this stress in the weakest parts of my body.
Today it happens to be my neck, which is connected to the lungs in a roundabout way. So I now am tapping:
Setup: “Even though I have these financial stresses in my neck and need to keep pushing for work, I deeply love and accept myself”.
Reminder: “These financial stresses in my neck”.
After a couple of rounds, my neck is now much better and so is my breathing 🙂
