Tapping for Nazi Horror

I’m still tapping for Nazi horror now that I occasionally meet this is my working life. No time except for one more tap:

“Even though I am horrified and upset, I will keep tapping until I feel better. Even though I worry I will turn into an addict in order to cope with what horror I see, I choose to be a vehicle for change. Even though I regret moving here, so much ugliness amongst the beauty, I trust God to have sent me here for a reason.”

Result: Feeling a bit lifted.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health
