Mourning A Yoga Star – One In A Million

I hesitated recording this video. On the one hand, it feels wrong, considering Lesley has left behind a husband and children who may see it. On the other hand, I am devastated, as a new and ardent fan, having discovered this amazing one in a million Yoga teacher around April 2020 during COVID-19 lockdown. She made lockdown bearable and even enjoyable. She helped my body in ways I had only been able to achieve in-person with several teachers before. It was a huge shock to see her last video on YouTube, and an even greater shock not knowing what took her from us so early. if you are a fan, please feel free to tap along. Namaste.

In 1986, while I was at University, I caught a virus along with my friends. They were able to rest and recover, and I was misdiagnosed and had medical negligence. This led to chronic disease and a thick scar on a bronchus in my left lung.A scar on the knee is one thing, a scar in the lung is an obstruction to breathing and very painful. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Every day I was getting worse, and I was preparing to pass away. Then I discovered complementary therapy. And got a new lease on life. Eventually, I found EFT and took my health and rebuilding my life to a new level. I can honestly say that I could not have continued rebuilding my life without EFT. When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
