Bad Times Should Not Lead To Negative Attitude
I have been busy with a very bad political situation in my country and trying to guard and rise above its direct and indirect effects on my income and my quality of life. This found me searching for information on social media, as the press were not reporting what I needed to know. And somehow in all this bad news, I became negative and a bit obsessed. I somehow forgot that the whole purpose of searching for information was to take any needed action.
So last night, I talked to my spouse about it as I simply tapped on my CollarBone point, taking in what we were both saying and tapping at the same time. I felt at peace afterwards.

After this simple tapping, when it was time for bed, I started a Reiki healing, with the intention that I awaken positive and motivated. I woke up feeling as new. Back to being positive and motivated.
