My journey includes business and financial development after a long chronic illness which drained me of most of my earthly securities. I tap for my emotional health in order to help my physical health. I have been living with COPD for 34 years now, having got it at a very young age due to a virus whilst smoking. Although EFT Tapping was not available then, I am so grateful it is here now, and I use it to help all aspects of my lung health.

In 1986, while I was at University, I caught a virus along with my friends. They were able to rest and recover, and I was misdiagnosed and had medical negligence. This led to chronic disease and a thick scar on a bronchus in my left lung.A scar on the knee is one thing, a scar in the lung is an obstruction to breathing and very painful. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Every day I was getting worse, and I was preparing to pass away. Then I discovered complementary therapy. And got a new lease on life. Eventually, I found EFT and took my health and rebuilding my life to a new level. I can honestly say that I could not have continued rebuilding my life without EFT. When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.
