Smoking silly questions tapping

“Are you a smoker?” said the doctor today, when I went for antibiotics for a chest infection.

If you are not in the UK, let me just explain that here we have a sad excuse for a health insurance and healthcare system called the NHS. Just don’t get sick in the UK. Every time I go to the doctor, I am asked this inane question of “Do you smoke?” or “Are you a smoker?” Actually there is so much more to this story, but I can’t be bothered to tell it now because I cannot see it anymore. I cannot visualise it. Earlier, I thought I was OK. But I remembered how I had tested a client for completeness of results by asking them to imagine the trauma, they said it had no effect, but they saw the picture in colour. I had then kept treating with EFT until the picture became black & white and then a cloud.

So I just started rubbing my finger points thinking of the doc picture. And swearing.A few rubs of the finger points, calling her a “cow” (I feel ashamed now, cows are nice, but I can tap on it), and a an “F” word. It all seems silly now. The picture is cloudy. No longer colour ….. Oh, one came in now …. rub rub rub, “the b….”… cloudy again… rather comical. I have a big silly grin on my face…

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.——Disclaimer – You are advised to consult with your medical practitioner before embarking on any course of alternative, complementary, or beauty therapy.
