Overwhelmed at work

Much of my IT has gone haywire at the moment. First, my hosting company deleted part of my service by mistake and I had not been earning enough to have a secondary hosting provider just in case of such a contingency. Second, this blog’s database got corrupted, and I am having to go into every single posting since 2005 or something to fix it (gllooom and doom).

Setup and Reminder:
“Angry f…ing angry at the ……s who f…ed this up, this is all I need, poor me, angry, the b……s, f…ing ….s, “$”$”$”$”%£%££””****^&^%(^%_(&)()*(“”

Oh dear, that was very angry, wasn’t it?

Setup and Reminder:
“Overwhelmed, upset, deeply accept myself” [did the eye movements in the 9-gamut several times]

Phew. I feel calm again.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.—
