I am still shaken after a nightmare. I woke up from it, tapped for an hour as I remembered it. No words, just tapping to release the over-the-top anxiety this nightmare had caused. Now I can tap.

It is important to release any stress. This nightmare was a metaphor of my financial worries due to having had a 5-month COPD relapse, which meant that I was working only part-time and so spent the last of my savings and got into debt. Luckily, I am now able to catch up, having travelled o the ends of the earth to get treatment, in more ways than one (the UK medical system only offers me medications that my body cannot tolerate). Stress can push you over the edge and make you sick, as has been commonly known for many years. EFT is essential for me to relieve stress. I love this blog, because it helps me be focused on my health. My health was not always as good as this.
