Motivation in the heat

This morning dragged on…Got up, did work, did more work, had breakfast, did more work, had some water, did more work, watched TV… and the running was still waiting…Realising I just didn’t feel like it today, as the “I am a good runner” affirmation was playing inside my head, I decided to tap:

Setup on the Sore Spot:”Even though I don’t want to go running, I choose to be healthy”At the third Setup repeat, I put my shoes on and ran out of the flat into the street!

It was very hot and the sun was out, so I kept tapping my KC against the UB points and repeating “one minute ten seconds” or “one minute 20 seconds” on each stretch of jogging (I walk, jog, walk, jog). Today, I managed to do 2 lots of 1 min 20 s and 4 lots of 1 min 10 s ๐Ÿ™‚ Yaaaaaay!
