Gym workout for my chest

Second day back in my nice clean gym. I managed to pay for the lower membership rate for the moment and started back in Cannon’s gym in W1 near the clinic yesterday. Yesterday, I swam. Today, I did a leisurely half hour on the bike, followed by that multi trainer kind of ski machine thingy. That bit was really hard. After a minute, I kept tapping the finger points and Karate Chop against the bar you swing with your hands, repeating “I’m a good runner, I am”.

Managed a total of 4 minutes and 16 seconds on an average of 67 thingies per minute ๐Ÿ™‚
