Gym Motivation EFT

I managed to do half an hour in the gym today! Yaaay!

I went on the side-stepping cardio machine and at 3 minutes, I was exhausted, worried about money in this financial climate, hardly able to breathe, and all the hard work I’d been doing recently was catching up with me. I didn’t feel I could do more. So I tapped on the UN point (I tap a set of points from the UN down with all my finger points):
“I can do 10 minutes. I can do 10 minutes. Yes I can.”

I did just over 10 minutes and can feel the results already.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.-
