Fear of the unknown

I have a new challenge up ahead in the next few minutes, and I am fearing the unknown.

Tapping: “Even though I’m scared how this will turn out, and I have been tapping on it all day, I accept myself with all my faults and failings. No matter what happens, I can find safe and good solutions, and if they are not good enough, I will find a way around it.”

I feel a bit better now.
