At the gym today, I started flagging at 14:25, just before I was due to do a three-minute stretch at 100 RPM on the bike.
Tapped my KC against the bike hadlebars and repeated in my head:
Reminder:”14:28″
I happily did just over 3 minutes at 100 RPM.
I repeated this again for 2 minutes. I aim to build up to a total of 10 minutes per session of 45 minutes. My breathing is much easier.
