Exercise and Training Motivation

I was at the gym, needing to do 5 minutes at or over 100 RPM on the bike. This is part of my physical rehabilitation, and I am very proud to have built up to 5 minutes. Only I had been doing it in two lots, eg 3 minutes plus 2. This time I had to go see a client and was running out of time, so I knew it had to be 5 minutes straight at 100 RPM or over from the starting minutes of 8:52, so I guessed that if I aimed for 14:00 minutes, I was safe. I just rubbed both Karate Chops up and down on the Under Nipple points (set of points straight under the nipple all the way down from the bottom of male or female breast to bottom of ribcage) while repeating:”14:00″

I slowed down at 14:02 .

I feel great, my left lung is doing better and both lungs feel more elastic.
