EFT for training my smokers lung

So, after some time being ill (again) with my home having been a building site for over a couple of months, I am building my lung up again in the gym.

Setup and Reminder on Thumb point, tapping both Thumb points against the exercise bike handlebars: “Yes, yes, yes, I can. I can, I can, I can, I can. I can, yes, yes, I can, I can, I can, I can, I can.”

The result was 9 minutes in total at 100 RPM during interval training. A near-miracle! And I feel great.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system.
