I have a ton of paperwork to do. You may well wonder what this has to do with health. However, I have found that for someone with a serious physical condition, I have to be as free from any negative emotions as possible. As a result, [I think I’m] often a pretty chilled-out person, so that’s an added bonus.
When I think of the tasks ahead today, I get a 9.85 on a scale of 10-0.

Mother-in-law came to visit… Then handled a sale, soon doing a phone EFT session. Tapping to be continued… Just finished telephone EFT session with my client, awaiting insurance rep to arrive for association negotiations, the place looks messy, I have just remembered yet another task and added to the list, and another.
