Debt-Free A Scary Reality?

Over Xmas, I made some great negotiations to end my debts. These are debts accrued having been a chronic condition for over 20 years, with medical and alternative treatments way beyond my means any any health insurance scheme, including the NHS. I had by then already paid off most of my debt. Now today, just before this post, I have made the first payment off a debt which is one of the last three to go. I should be happy, but my heart is pounding and I feel scared.

Tapping, Setup: “Even though I’m so used to being ill and in debt, I have to adjust to a new state of being, I deeply love and accept myself”
Reminder on various different points: “Scared”… “Big change”… “I hope this isn’t false hope”… “I love myself even though I’m scared”… “Debt”… “Debt” (said slowly several times)… [yawning] “Hope”… [yawning] “Allowing”…[yawning]… [smiling]

Result: Ooh, that was good. I feel good.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.Disclaimer – You are advised to consult with your medical practitioner before embarking on any course of alternative, complementary, or beauty therapy.
