Commuter Stress

At London Bridge station. Hell on earth, only freezing cold.

Temporarily staying with friends and relatives till I fly to my new home. Directing the tapping at my Under Eye:
“%$&*#;!$&*#;! *#;! $&*$&*$&*!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Loud stupid ignorant b…….d c…….. grrrrrrrr stupid loud loudspeakers”
“SSSStresssssssssss ggggggrrrrrrrr”

Now on train…”I choose to be in control”
“Actually I choose never to do this idiotic journey pretty goddamn soon”
“Commuting sucks”
“I am lucky. I have choices”
“I choose to visit this rat-race temporarily. I choose to leave it soon. I am deeply blessed”
On Side of Eye, Touch and Breathing: Big sigh… “I am blessed”
“Very blessed”

Nearly there… seeing my grandson and his step-sister today. I look forward to meeting her and giving him a great big hug.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.— EFT with Me, Suzanne Zacharia, Practitioner
