Cat allergy fear, Singulair side-effects, and Tableview winter morning pollution

Yesterday, I felt well enough to stop taking the Singulair that the doc had prescribed for when my lungs are bad, as it had side effects of joint and skin irritation, insomnia, and involuntary jerking of my legs.

EFT had quickly got all those under control except for a knee pain, which kept returning. Now I had twisted my knee, and it twisted back, but it was very stiff. And to me that was a warning sign that the rest of my body could be getting affected somehow. So last night, without the Singluair for the first night in two weeks, my cat decided to bite me and really dug her teeth in. The area became inflamed, and fearful of how I would cope if the allergy came back without the Singulair, I started to hyperventilate, which was clearly silly! So I tapped:

Setup “Even though I’m afraid of the cat allergy, I choose to accept cat”
Reminder “I accept cat”

I also tapped whilst holding the Singulair box. My breathing returned to normal and the panic left me.

Today, I am tapping this morning for Tableview morning air again, as a maintenance tapping. I am holding the Eau de Tableview jar and tapping…
Setup “Even though I have this Eau de Tableview feeling, I deeply love and accept myself”
Reminder “Eau de Tableview”
“I choose to be in balance with this Eau de Tableview”

I am yawning a lot – a good sign of something happening.

When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse. EFT is one way of throwing away the emotional rubbish collecting in your system. In the same way that we dispose of our household rubbish regularly for home cleanliness and hygiene, I use EFT to dispose of negative emotions for my optimal physical health.— EFT with Me, Suzanne Zacharia, Practitioner —Disclaimer – You are advised to consult with your medical practitioner before embarking on any course of alternative, complementary, or beauty therapy.
