A virus caught along with 5 other students at university at the end of 1986, plus medical negligence, meant that I got smokers lung at a relatively young age. In desperation for help with my symptoms and quality of life, I turned to complementary therapy, and I have outlived one doctor’s prognosis by many years now. I am now a complementary therapist, author and trainer specializing in energy healing. I help people with all sorts of addictions, from smoking to co-dependent relationships, to heroin. Due to my addiction work, I became an expert in gentle trauma release. I love helping people to move forward in life, whether what got them stuck was of an emotional or physical nature.

In 1986, while I was at University, I caught a virus along with my friends. They were able to rest and recover, and I was misdiagnosed and had medical negligence. This led to chronic disease and a thick scar on a bronchus in my left lung.A scar on the knee is one thing, a scar in the lung is an obstruction to breathing and very painful. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Every day I was getting worse, and I was preparing to pass away. Then I discovered complementary therapy. And got a new lease on life. Eventually, I found EFT and took my health and rebuilding my life to a new level. I can honestly say that I could not have continued rebuilding my life without EFT.
