13.5 Minutes at 100spm with EFT Adaptation

I tapped on the bike and tapped and whenever I thought I just couldn’t go any longer, I tapped….I tapped whatever finger points I could on the handlebars and screen. Setups included “Even though I just can’t do any more, I deeply…” Then the self-talk changed to a visual:


Then this changed to:


So I did 13.5 minutes in intervals of 45 to 120 s !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!

Next target 20 minutes, then I start aiming for 20 continuous minutes as I get fitter and fitter. I LOVE this!
