As I was running today, I had very constricted breath. The muscles I had been using for coughing over 6 months of environmental hazards and chest infections were too strong; the muscles I had been underusing for breathing in by working at my desk instead of having good aerobic workouts were way too lax. I rubbed the finger points for “this constricted breath” as I was running and it seemed as if the too strong coughing muscles relaxed a bit. Still, I was thinking at one stage: “This is boring”. I thought of the lovely gym I was going to rejoin and felt sad. So I said to myself “I am a good runner, I enjoy running for health”, made it into an anthem and tapped it into the finger points. I timed myself, rubbing the finger points as I did the jog, this time one minute and twenty seconds at a stretch. I managed 6 of these 🙂 🙂 :-)”I am a good runner, I enjoy running for health”:-) 🙂 🙂
