Cardiovascular Exercise For My Lung Health
From mid-January to end of August laat year, I had COPD problems due to probably the worst virus I had ever contracted. This was despite having had the flu jab and a great deal of medical help.
By September, I was spent but worked gard to complete my Ju Jitsu training, to do my grading in October 2019. Then I broke my foot. That limited my cardiovascular exercise. Well, it put a stop to it. Today is the first day I seriously get back to it, both for my lung health and as an exercise to help with weight loss, as I had put on weight with 2 previous years of thyroid playing up. Yesterday, I was tapping with a client on weight, and whilst tapping, I explained how to use a motovation sheet that I use with clients with any addiction. And whilst tapping and talking about it, I was motivated to restart my own. So I did mine last night, and now I have to fill it in daily.
Cardiovascular exercise is an item on my motivation sheet. And oh my goodness, am I struggling now, as I am on the bike. I tap with no words as I struggle, evidence that abstaining from serious cardio has adversely affected my lung health. I have been doing cardio, but not this seriously. Today, my goal is to finish about an hour before work.
So far so good. Not quite on the target of 400 calories on the cardio machines but a slowish hour is good for my lung health. I am going as fast as I can. Which is fairly slow conpared to someone with intact lungs. But, tapping is keeping me strong 💪😊

EFT Tapping is great and important for my motivation. However, some people are under the miataken assumption that all we have to do is tap, whilst ignoring nutrition and exercise. The one thing that works more than anything to help me stay off steroids is cardiovascular exercise. And EFT Tapping gives me the motivation to do it. I do my best to walk the talk and ensure that any negative emotions are released asap, as my state of health is too potentially fragile for me to hold onto negative emotions. By releasing these, my body is kept in a state where it has the best chance of optimal health.
