EFT this morning at 5 AM:
Setup: “Even though I can’t breathe, maybe there’s something different I can do today”
Reminder: “What happened yesterday? The corrosive inhaler has chipped my nails, it must have done the same to my lungs, I’ll not have any. I had to force myself to eat pizza at lunchtime because it was all that was there and was easy but my body said no, today I’ll make a trip to the shop in the morning and prepare something my body will say yes to. Even though I have this wheat problem, I choose to accept wheat and all its by-products. My body still says no to wheat today. I am going to the shop before work to buy a better lunch for me to have. If I don’t make the shop on time, I am making a rice dish for me! I now choose to sleep.”
I feel a lot better.
When you have a chronic physical condition, anything that either emotionally or physically has a negative impact on you can make the condition worse.
